Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping is available by Fed Ex only at this time. 

Returns and Exchanges

We are happy to exchange items for you or give a refund as long as the item has NOT been worn outside and is still in new condition. Please rest assured that any defective merchandise will be promptly replaced with merchandise meeting our strict standards of excellence!  Please send your item to: The McElroy Group, LLC 2301 McElroy PL NW Puyallup, WA 98371 Please include the following with your item:

1. Indicate if you require a refund* or exchange. If you need an exchange, please include the correct size you require as well as a check for $8.00 for return shipping. Please make your check payable to: The McElroy Group, LLC. If you are located outside the continental USA, please contact us via email at info@bestboots4kids.com to receive the correct return shipping amount.

2. A copy of the original invoice/packing slip.

3. Your contact information including phone and/or email address in case there are any additional questions regarding your request. If you have another issue that needs to be resolved - please contact us via email at info@bestboots4kids.com

*All refunds will be provided in the form of a check from The McElroy Group, LLC and mailed to the purchaser when the returned merchandise is received.  We do not credit your credit card for the amount, but reimburse you via check.  If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us at info@bestboots4kids.com or bestboots4kids@msn.com.

 

Back-ordered Merchandise

Although rare, occasionally merchandize is back-ordered due to popularity.  Usually most sizes are available, but once in a while, due to a high demand in a certain size, the product becomes "back-ordered" from the manufacturer.  In this event, I will notify you was soon as I am aware of the situation and will offer you an alternative design that is in stock or will ask if you want to wait approximately two weeks for the new shipment to arrive.  On very, very rare occasions, a back-ordered item may not come in on time - meaning several more weeks of waiting - at this time, I offer the same solution - another item that is in stock or a refund via check for the product or the customer may choose to be patient and wait for the original product - Our products are worth the wait I can assure you!  I am in process of developing better inventory systems to serve my clients better - We Love Our Customers!
