Thanks for shopping at Best Boots 4 Kids!  If at anytime you have questions or problems, please contact us at info@bestboots4kids.com. In order to service you better, we have listed some of our customers most asked questions and concerns - we hope this helps!  If not, please forward your question to info@bestboots4kids.com.

  1. How long before I receive my shipment?  The total time from date of order to you receiving your shipment ranges from 4 to 7 days depending on your geographic location and shipping selections.  Our products are warehoused in Washington State.  Our shipping does provide options for quicker shipping depending on your needs!
  2. What is your return policy?  We are happy to exchange items for you or give a refund as long as the item has NOT been worn outside and is still in new condition. Please rest assured that any defective merchandise will be promptly replaced with merchandise meeting our strict standards of excellence!  Please send your item to: The McElroy Group, LLC 2301 McElroy PL NW Puyallup, WA 98371
  3. Please include the following with your item:

      • Indicate if you require a refund* or exchange. If you need an exchange, please include the correct size you require as well as a check for $8.00 for return shipping. Please make your check payable to: The McElroy Group, LLC. If you are located outside the continental USA, please contact us via email at info@bestboots4kids.com to receive the correct return shipping amount.
      • A copy of the original invoice/packing slip.
      • Your contact information including phone and/or email address in case there are any additional questions regarding your request. If you have another issue that needs to be resolved - please contact us via email at info@bestboots4kids.com

    *All refunds will be provided in the form of a check from The McElroy Group, LLC and mailed to the purchaser when the returned merchandise is received.  We do not credit your credit card for the amount, but reimburse you via check.  If you have questions regarding this policy, please contact us at info@bestboots4kids.com.

  4. Is there sales tax on my purchase? If you live in Washington State, we must include sales tax on all purchases.  There is no sales tax included if you live outside Washington State.
  5. If I prefer can I order by Fax? Yes, please fax an order form to 1.253.864.9303 or leave a message with your phone number via email at info@bestboots4kids.com and we contact you to place your order manually.
  6. Are my transactions secure?  Yes, we use an encryption system so that any information given is secure.  You also have the option of ordering by fax or emailing a contact info to info@bestboots4kids.com and we will contact you to place your order manually.  We will also send you an order confirmation via eamil so you can track your order through our online order tracking system.
  7. Why should I purchase on-line?  Convenience of course!  If you've ever shopped with kids in toe, you know that on-line is the way to shop!!! 
  8. What if the size is not right?  Please review our return policy - we will gladly make exchanges and in-store credits.
